1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Dedicapag, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service description

Dedicapag is a platform that allows users to create personalized dedication web pages using predefined templates. Pages can include text, images, music, and animations.

3. User accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to use Dedicapag. If you are under 14, you may not create an account or use the service.
You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations is not allowed.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User content

When creating pages on Dedicapag:

You are responsible for the content you publish (texts, images, music).
You must not publish illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
You must not use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Plans and payments

Plan prices are subject to change. Active subscribers will be notified in advance.
Free pages have a limited lifetime according to the system configuration.
Permanent (paid) pages will remain active as long as the service is operational.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. By default, payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated, except for the cases listed there.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Yape, and other local methods depending on your country. Card and PayPal payments are processed automatically.

6. Intellectual property

The templates, designs, code, and Dedicapag brand are the property of their creators. Copying, distributing, or modifying our templates outside the platform is not allowed. The content you create (texts, personal images) remains your property.

7. Limitation of liability

Dedicapag is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make our best effort to keep the service running and data secure.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Peru.
