At Dedicapag we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for payments made on our platform.

Payments on Dedicapag are processed through PayPal. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Eligibility for refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase if any of the following applies:

  • The service was not delivered or the page could not be generated due to a technical issue on our side.
  • You were charged by mistake or for a duplicate transaction.
  • The purchased plan materially differs from what was advertised.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Pages that have already been published, shared or downloaded.
  • Subscriptions already consumed or partially used beyond the 14-day window.
  • Content removed by us due to violations of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Customization or design services already delivered.

4. Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account panel. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Full name and email used at checkout.
  • Order reference or transaction ID.
  • Reason for the refund request.

6. Processing time

Eligible refunds are approved within 5 business days of receiving your request. Once approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, we kindly ask you to contact us first. Most issues can be resolved faster and more smoothly through our support channels.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the updated date at the top.
